By accessing and using the CouchTrip platform operated by Ace Access LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

CouchTrip is a platform that allows creators to upload, share, and monetize immersive video content, particularly designed for Apple Vision Pro and other VR devices. Users can subscribe to creators and access premium content.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Creator Terms

Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform
  • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and distribute your content
  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload

Content Guidelines

  • Content must not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Content must not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines

Revenue Sharing

  • Creators set their own subscription prices from predefined tiers
  • We retain a percentage of subscription revenue as our platform fee
  • Payments are processed according to our payment terms
  • Tax obligations are the responsibility of the creator

5. Subscriber Terms

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings
  • Access to premium content continues until the end of the current billing period

Content Access

  • Subscription grants access to creator's premium content during the subscription period
  • Content may be downloaded for offline viewing on supported devices
  • Downloaded content is for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
  • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ace Access LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
